​For the 300th anniversary of the »Johannespassion«, we are looking forward to a version that invites you to sing along. Elina Albach's condensation into a solo Passion invites an intensive reflection on the Passion and its setting and makes it an interactive singing experience.

As in the old days, the audience sings along to the chorales. The remaining arias and recitatives are performed by Icelandic tenor Benedikt Kristjánsson, who sings the remaining arias and recitatives on his own – clearly, confidently, and without signs of fatigue.

Get in and sing along

Our sing-along shuttle will pick up music enthusiasts from Ludwigsburg and Stuttgart. During the journey, you will receive an introduction to the famous work and you will sing along together under guidance. A welcome drink before the concert in the magnificent Schlosskirche is also included.
