Tickets for our events are also available – if still available – an hour before the event starts at the box office of the venue. Please note that only cash payment is possible.


Tickets may be paid for by SEPA direct debit, credit card (MasterCard, VISA) or in cash at the ticket office. At the box office, cash payment only is possible.


There is a shipping and handling fee of € 4.30 for each order (€ 6.40 for orders of € 250 or more). There is no fee for a print@home order in the online shop.

Ludwigsburg Card holders receive one free ticket for selected events per season at the Ludwigsburg Festival ticket office.

Information on ticket refunds for cancelled events

Tickets for events for which we are still seeking alternative dates remain valid, but may be returned.

Tickets for events already cancelled can be returned to the ticket agency where they were purchased; the price will be refunded. Tickets may be returned up to two weeks after the date of the event; if you do not return them, you will be supporting the Festival (#ichwillkeingeldzurueck). Data protection addendum to COVID-19

Customer data collected at the time of purchase will be collected and stored solely for the purpose of providing information to the public health department or local police authority in accordance with §§ 16, 25 IfSG. Visitors may only attend the event if they provide the organizer with their complete and accurate data. This data is to be deleted by the organizer four weeks after collection. The general provisions on the processing of personal data remain unaffected.

The organizer shall collect and store the following data from the event participant, exclusively for the purpose of providing information to the public health department or local police authority in accordance with §§ 16, 25 IfSG:

1. surname and first name of the event participant,
2. date of event participation and, as far as possible, beginning and end of participation,
3. telephone number or address of the participant.
Participants may only attend the event if they provide the organizer with complete and accurate data as per sentence 1. These data are to be deleted by the organizer four weeks after collection. The general provisions on the processing of personal data shall remain unaffected.
