From June 1 to July 20, 2024, the artists of the Ludwigsburg Festival will fill the city’s concert halls with their sounds. Browse through our freshly printed festival program and book your tickets directly online in our calendar or at the ticket office.

In addition to three residencies – the Mahler Chamber Orchestra, Fazıl Say, and the a cappella ensemble VOCES8  – we welcome international orchestras such as the Oslo Philharmonic and the Basel Chamber Orchestra, pianists like Alexandre Kantorow and Michael Wollny, celebrated talents like the conductor Klaus Mäkelä or the cellist Anastasia Kobekina.

Other guests include string quartets such as Quatuor Ébène, the Minguet Quartet, and the Rothko String Quartet, other vocal ensembles such as Chanticleer and Sjaella, and singular artistic personalities such as the soprano Asmik Grigorianviolinists Lawrence Power and Renaud Capuçon, the cellist Jens Peter Maintz or the actress Martina Gedeck.

As a co-production with the Stuttgart Staatsoper, the visual artist Norbert Bisky is also staging »Die schöne Müllerin« at the Schlosstheater. Contemporary dance is presented with two pioneering creations by Sasha Waltz & Guests and the Akram Khan Company is celebrated.
