»The Impossible Orchestra« supports fundraising appeal for Mexican children

[This text has been translated electronically.] With the aim of contributing to an open and sustainable society, guided by the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, the 2020 Ludwigsburg Festival set off into a new decade. The year went completely differently than planned, and looking back, we realize in this unusual time that social cohesion and assistance have become all the more important. Conductor Alondra de la Parra's project »The Impossible Orchestra« shows us that these can also be established virtually and that solid connections can be created between us across national borders. The appeal for donations associated with the project for the Mexican initiatives »Save The Children« and »Fondo Semillas« supports no less than eight of the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals - including No Hunger, Health and Well-Being, Education, Gender Equality and Reduced Inequalities, as well as measures for climate protection. Many of the goals are tightly linked, and every little support helps move us closer to the 2030 Agenda goals. Perhaps you too have donated or are still thinking about it.

You can find more information about the project and how to donate here.

We wish you happy holidays and hope to see you again next year in good health!
